What is PCANopen Magic ProS?
PCANopen Magic ProS provides the same features and functionality as PCANopen Magic Pro with the addition of complete Development System functionality. Nodes may be developed using CANopen stack source code (available separately) and simulated on a PC, up to 15 nodes at once. Aspects of the nodes may be monitored in real time and inputs and outputs may be controlled. Once completed, nodes may be recompiled for real target hardware. A mixture of real and PC simulated nodes may communicate on the same CAN bus.
One interesting aspect of PC-based node simulation is the flexible Process Data Stimulation, which is readily supported in CANopen Magic ProS.
